By booking a session with Shanti Henkel Mindshift Coach, you confirm your agreement to the following terms, conditions, and waiver. This document serves as your formal agreement with Shanti Henkel Mindshift Coach.

1. Coaching Services

 

Shanti Henkel Mindshift Coach provides Mindshifting Coaching, tailored to individual or couple needs.

 

Session Details:

 

Duration: 60 minutes (1 hour) or 30 minutes (half hour).

 

Medium: In-person or online via Zoom (link provided upon booking).

 

 

Available for:

 

Individuals

2. Payment Options and Fees

 

Session Fees:

 

Individuals: $240 (AUD) per 1 hour session

                      $150 (AUD) per half hour session 

 

 

Flat Fee Reimbursement for Time: Clients are required to pay the session fee in full before the session begins as reimbursement for time reserved.

 

Multiple Session Flat Fee: A flat fee for multiple sessions can be arranged based on the number of sessions desired. Please inquire for details.

 

Payment Methods: Bank Transfer or Cash.

3. Refund Policy

 

Single Sessions: Non-refundable after the session has taken place.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

 

Booking: Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

 

Cancellation Policy: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited or charged at the full session rate.

 

Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Voluntary Participation: Your participation is voluntary, and you assume all associated risks.

 

Limitation of Liability: Shanti Henkel Mindshift Coach is not liable for any damages arising from the coaching services provided.

 

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shanti Henkel Mindshift Coach from any claims related to your participation.
